In 2019, The Chinese side helped to build a library in ​​វិទ្យាល័យ​គីរី​វង់ in Ta Keo Province of Cambodia. Her Majesty the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and Chinese Ambassador H.E. Wang Wentian announced the completion of this library on November 2, 2019. The operation of the library effectively improved the reading condition of the local students, and was very much welcomed by the school teachers and students.
