Notice on Walk-in Without Appointment Visa Application Service

To further facilitate foreign nationals’ travel to China, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cambodia will provide walk-in visa application services starting from November 20, 2023.

1. Visa applicants can log on to the China Online Visa Application website (http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn) to fill in the form and then go to the visa section of the Embassy to submit the hard copies of visa application documents. Prior online appointment is no longer required. Other visa application procedures and material requirements remain unchanged. 2. At the visa office, please follow the instructions for security check and queue-number pickup. In order to improve efficiency, visa acceptance hours are 8:30 - 11:30 a.m., processing, reviewing and document preparation will be carried out by the Embassy in the afternoon (Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and holidays)

3. A surge of applicants may cause prolonged waiting time at the initial period of appointment-free arrangement. Applicants are advised to arrange their time for submission according to their travel itinerary.
