Notice for China-bound Passengers on the Health Code Applications
Starting from 4 June 2022, the Chinese Embassy will issue health code for China-bound Passengers according to the following.
1. All passengers bound for China are required to take a first nucleic acid test at National Institute of Public Health 3 days (excluding the day of boarding) prior to boarding the plane. With report of negative result of the first nucleic acid test, passengers need to check in at a designated hotel of relevant airlines for a 4-day quarantine.
2. All passengers bound for China are required to take a second nucleic acid test (nucleic acid nasopharyngeal swabs are sampled from the left and right nostrils, and tested with different brands of reagents) at Preah Ket Mealea Hospital within 24 hours before departure under the close-loop management of relevant airlines.
3. After completing the first and second nucleic acid tests, passengers can upload reports of negative results of the first and second nucleic acid tests, passport information page, valid visa for China (visa only,valid residence permits only do not suffice), valid visa for Cambodia, entry card or entry stamp to Cambodia,Flight itinerary,Certificate of Close-loop management of relevant airlines for applying the Health Codes online (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/).
4. All passengers bound for China are required to take an antigen test by Preah Ket Mealea Hospital within 12 hours before departure arranged by relevant airlines. Antigen test report is not required when applying for the health code.
5. Airlines will inspect all the original reports including the reports of negative results of the first and second nucleic acid tests as well as the antigen test, passport, valid visa for china, valid visa for Cambodia, entry card or entry stamp to Cambodia,Flight itinerary,Certificate of Close-loop management of relevant airlines before check-in or boarding.
