Given the continued increase of imported COVID-19 cases from Cambodia recently, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia decides to adjust the arrangements regarding nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests for passengers bound for China starting from 0:00 March 9, 2021 ICT Time. The specific clarification is as follows:

1. At present, all Chinese and foreign passengers bound for China are required to take nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests within 48 hours before boarding the flights in Cambodia. Starting from 0:00 March 9, 2021 ICT Time, all passengers bound for China will be required to take one extra nucleic acid test within 72 hours before boarding the flights in Cambodia.

2. For instance, if you are going to take the flight on March 9, 2021, you need to take your first nucleic acid test on March 6, 2021 at National Institute of Public Health (NIPH, refer to:http://kh.china-embassy.org/chn/lsfws/lingshifuwu/t1801591.htm)and take the nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests at NIPH for the second time no earlier than March 7, 2021. You need to get your test results (including the date of sampling) and a medical certificate with the stamp of Ministry of Health of Cambodia on March 8, 2021.

3. NIPH charges 100 US dollars for a single nucleic acid test, 120 US dollars for nucleic acid together with anti-body blood tests, 30 US dollars for medical certificate issuance.

4. All passengers are required to upload the pictures of the negative results of the tests (including the date of sampling), the medical certificate with the stamp of Ministry of Health of Cambodia when applying for Health Codes online (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/).

5. Starting from March 4, 2021, passengers can only get their samples taken at NIPH in Phnom Penh. Samples taken elsewhere will not be recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia and those relevant passengers will not be able to get a green Health Code.

6. Passengers bound for China are required to strictly follow closed-loop management protocols including self-quarantine, precautionary measures and avoidance of contact with others after receiving nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests.
