1. To provide further facilitation, from 14 September,2020, direct flight passengers from Cambodia to China can board the airplane with the standardized negative COVID-19 NAT certificate issued by designated institutions. The facilitation specifics are as follows:

(1) Foreign Passengers holding standardized negative COVID-19 NAT Certificate issued by designated institutions (http://kh.china-embassy.org/eng/lsfws_1/t1801597.htm) can directly board the airplane and do not need to apply for certified Health Declaration From.

Direct flight Passengers are subject to the inspection of negative COVID-19 NAT certificates by the airlines while checking in.

(2) This facilitation does not apply to passengers travelling on transit flights to China via Cambodia or passengers travelling from Cambodia to China via other countries or regions. Transit passengers still need to apply for certified Health Declaration Form in advance.

2. The Embassy kindly remind passengers to double check the following key points after obtaining the certificate.

(1) Make sure the certificate be issued within 3 days before flight departure date. For instance, if passengers take the test on 11 September and certificates are issued on 12 September, the certificate shall be valid until 23:59 PM on 15 September.

(2) Make sure the name, gender, date of birth and the number of the passport or other travel document as shown in the certificate are consistent with those shown on the passenger's passport or travel document.

(3) Do not alter the information or date as shown in the certificate, otherwise the certificate will be invalid. Any institution or individual engaging in forgery or fraud of the certificate shall bear all legal liabilities incurred.
